Updates include:
- Now supports Unicode input (.ini, .tpl, and source code) files. Input files starting with a UTF-8 or UTF-16 byte order mark (BOM) will be read as Unicode. Input files that do not start with a BOM will be read using the current code page (CP_ACP). For backwards-compatibility, if the -UnicodeIgnore command-line parameter is specified, files starting with a UTF-16 BOM will be treated as empty.
- Now supports Unicode output (.tmh) files. By default, output files will be encoded using the current code page (CP_ACP). Use command-line parameters -cp:UTF-8 or -cp:UTF-16 to generate Unicode output files.
- Behavior change: tracewpp now converts all input text to Unicode, performs processing in Unicode, and converts output text to the specified output encoding. Earlier versions of tracewpp avoided Unicode conversions and performed text processing assuming a single-byte character set. This may lead to behavior changes in cases where the input files do not conform to the current code page. In cases where this is a problem, consider converting the input files to UTF-8 (with BOM) and/or using the -cp:UTF-8 command-line parameter to avoid encoding ambiguity.
After months of testing with Insiders, Microsoft has finally released the latest big upgrade for Windows 10. Known variously as Windows 10 October 2020 Update and Windows 10 20H2, the update brings some important and exciting changes to Microsoft's famous operating system.
As is usually the case, Microsoft is performing a staggered rollout which means most people checking Windows Update won't see the update for a number of weeks. But if you want to get up to date right away, you can download the Window 10 October 2020 Update / 20H2 ISO and install it immediately. Here's what you need to know.

For people running Windows 7, 8.x or 10, Microsoft requires you to use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to download the ISO file rather than letting you download it directly. To do so, pay a visit to this website and click the Download tool now button. Save the MediaCreationTool20H2.exe file to the desktop or folder of your choice and then double-click it to begin the process.

Start by clicking the Accept button to accept the license agreement and then wait while the tool checks your system -- this may take a moment or two. Select the option labelled 'Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD or ISO file) for another PC' and click Next.

The tool will choose language and other settings based on your current configuration, but you can opt to download an ISO with different settings in place by unchecking the box labelled 'Use the recommended options for this PC' and then using the three drop-down menus to select the required Language, Edition and Architecture. Click Next to continue, select the ISO file option, and click Next again.
You will then be prompted to save the ISO file to a folder of your choice, and once the download is complete you can burn it to DVD and run through the installation on your computer(s).
If you visit the same download page using Linux, macOS, or an older version of Windows, however, you'll be able to download the ISO file directly and skip having to use the Media Creation Tool.
